Questions we're asked
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Self-serve from Billing → Cancel. We prorate credits for mid-cycle downgrades, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my scan quota?
You can add scan bundles ($99 per 100) on the fly, or wait for the next billing cycle. Scans in progress never fail halfway through a quota boundary.
Do you have data residency options?
Yes. US (us-east-1) or EU (eu-central-1). Chosen at setup; data does not cross regions. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions. After that, we prorate the remainder.
Can I expense a purchase order?
Enterprise customers can pay by PO (NET-30). Growth is credit card or ACH.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are exclusive of VAT/sales tax. We collect EU VAT (and US sales tax in applicable states) per invoice.
